| Introduction | I am personally convinced that one person can be a change catalyst, a "transformer" in any situation, any organization. Such an individual is yeast that can leaven an entire loaf. It requires vision, initiative, patience, respect, persistence, courage, and faith to be a transforming leader.In my standards of optimism, in the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity,the real problem is to find the way to grab it.Therefore, Ι don't believe in deadend situations not in society,politics or every-day life and that's because what we see depends mainly on what we look for. |
