About me

Introduction	A native of Orange, VA, my educational endeavors and personal and professional ambitions have taken me on a trajectory across the state of Virginia and the East Coast of the United States over the past six years. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Foregin Affairs and French from the University of Virginia in 2007, I embarked on a new path that led me beyond the familiar, and beautiful, central Virginia region and into the heart of Boston, MA. While working and playing in this glorious city by the sea, I became a passionate tourist and a lover of all organized recreation. After a wonderful year of growth and discovery, I began making my way back south again - stopping for a year in Washington, D.C. to work in the nation's capital and study the ebb and flow of business and pleasure visitors to the city. I've now returned to my small town home, the base from which I'd like to launch my new professional aspiration to become a tourism services professional. Through this blog, I'll give you a first-hand peek into the surprising and enticing visitor attractions that Orange, VA has to offer. Hopefully we'll all learn something along the way...
