| Introduction | I read, I write, I learn. And in the midst of it all, I try to be kind to myself and to others. I enjoy connecting with friends, family, and people, however, after all is said and done, I need to withdraw to refuel. During the refueling times I read, I write, I silently observe, and I listen. Once I am energized, I go out and try to be kind again. This for me is the circle of life. |
