Introduction	I read, I write, I learn. And in the midst of it all, I try to be kind to myself and to others. I enjoy connecting with friends, family, and people, however, after all is said and done, I need to withdraw to refuel. During the refueling times I read, I write, I silently observe, and I listen. Once I am energized, I go out and try to be kind again. This for me is the circle of life.

Favorite books	The classics, of course. But, Lord of the Rings, Les Miserables, Madam President have been my favorite. In the last few years, I'm finding I am really enjoying books written about strong, soulful, humorous women.
