| Introduction | Siapanglai is one of a historic ancient well, made by our ancestors. According to tradition, it is believed to have made by Mikei people though the origin is not known to us. The Siapanglai is situated in Leitak khuahlun village which is one of the most ancient village among the Chin villages. It is also believed that the Siapanglai had been already existed long before the actual existence of the village Leitak and its inhabitants. |
