| Introduction | My name is Corey Hengen, I'm a freelance photographer based out of Milwaukee Wisconsin. My friends call me "The Corndog". The nickname got me thinking about my lifestyle. I am a strict vegetarian - I won't eat anything that poops! This blog was started for three reasons: 1. To have a safe place to store all my favorite recipes. 2. I want other vegetarians, vegans and even meat eater to try my favorite recipes. 3. I want to try other's favorite vegetarian/vegan recipes. Try one of my recipes and let me know what you think; I believe good recipes evolve with time. As mentioned earlier, I'm a vegetarian, so as you read the recipes it will say cheese or milk, rather than soy cheese or rice milk. All or my recipes can use soy or rice products as substitutes. All of the recipes on this site are from my mother, wife, friends or recipes I've found over the years (all over the world) and evolved into my own. | Favorite Music | I grew up on Hip Hop and Punk Rock. Suicidl Tendencies "Suicidal Tendencies" is the first album that changed my life back in 1983. Thanks to the DJ on WMSE that played it the day before it can out in stores. And yes I skipped school to go get it that day. |
