| Introduction | I have been one for living as natural as human nature allows ever since I can remember. So I try to eat as naturally as I can. I have done a lot of herbal research over the years but not lately. I have probably fallen as much behind on the subject as I have on the computer after not having a computer for roughly ten years. It's never too late to get back into it since I absolutely detest pharmacuticals although I know people are living longer now. I would take my chances with natural herbs any day but knowledge is key to safety when useing any kind of medicine be it a natural herb or a pharmacutical. |
