Introduction	My passion is all facets of cooking. Creating, developing, and writing recipes; researching historic cooking methods and recipes; identifying cooking trends for today. Sounds desparate, but really everything old is new and I truly believe there is no such thing as completely original recipes. All recipes have a past. I enjoy taking those old recipes and making them new again. I also enjoy working outside in my gardens and with my beehives.
Interests	I love gardening, beekeeping, developing recipes, hiking, and yoga.

Favorite books	Currently reading "A Baker's Odyssey", and every gardening magazine that has arrived in my mailbox. Really, this section should be entitled,'favorite magazines' because that is what I typically get caught up in.
