Introduction	I am a retired organic chemist that worked 36 years developing new corrosion inhibitors to control corrosion of oilfield metals (downhole tubing, pumps, pipelines, etc.) I grew up on a cotton farm in southeast Arkansas. Even though I could not wait to get away from farming, one of my hobbies is gardening (vegetables and flowers). I also enjoy photography and geocaching.
