| Introduction | As a graduate of SBCC's Culinary Arts Program, I enjoy giving back to my community by teaching cooking at the CLL. After 25 years in the culinary arts, I am passionate about discovering new, exotic ingredients and exploring the cuisines of Latin America. I have owned a restaurant for 10 years and then transitioned into being a private chef for music executives, media moguls, CEOs, business owners, authors and the occasional celebrity in the Montecito-Santa Barbara area. Their guests have also become my clients and this is how I continue to learn, evolve, and transform to delight my clients. I have also specialized in vegan cuisine as any dish can be adapted to anybody’s preference and taste. |
