| Introduction | IF 6 years ago someone would of said we would be living in Mexico, I would not of believed it. We had never had the desire to go to Mexico, but when the opportunity presented itself, the honor of helping establish an English speaking cong. and going from door to door searching for English speaking honest hearted people that wants to understand what is written down in the scriptures and understand why things are happening like they are, we knew this is what we were going to do. It has been a year in Mexico now, and the locals here are very genuine and kind. In the ministry we are finding many who want to learn more about the Bible and how it ties in with the events going on around us today. The highlight of my week is that every Thursday a group from our congregation travel to San Jose to help theem with their territory, and it is very rewarding when someone wants to study the Bible and learn what it says.Family is very important in the culture here, and it is rewarding to see families learning together. |
| Interests | I love collecting JTRS. I have made many dear friends through this wonderful collectible. I love the many people that have touched my life in the industry and made things a little more delightful with the producing of each of the shoes. I especially want to thank Raine for the years of friendship and continuing to design for us.I will continue collecting these little shoes, but have retired as a dealer. I am now designing jewelry,making and using paperbeads and also the natural stones, and of course with crystals. One of my favorite things to do is to take old jewelry and recycle the beads to mix with new beads and come up with nice recycled jewelry pieces. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEW COME BACK OF JUST THE RIGHT SHOE...I think everyone will be surprised and excited again with the line from what I hear. Guess we will just have to wait and see! I also am doing baby fancy socks, headbands, childrens jewelry, and much more. I have been invited for the second year to participate in the Craft show that all the local artists are showing and selling their designs. |
