| Introduction | Born in England. Trained and qualified as a general and paediatric nurse at the Fleming Memorial Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne. Married in 1976. Have two children. Lived in New Zealand for 18 mths.then settled in Western Australia. Bought my first alpacas in 1995 and couldn't wait to get the fleece off their backs to spin it! Children left home, husband retired and I'm still spinning and knitting - not enough hours in the day! |
