| Introduction | I have been married since Dec.19, 1951 to a gentle man and our lives have taught us the meaning of sharing the good and the bad. The good is a basket whose contents have never been empty and the bad has come too seldom to be of interest. We have enjoyed the special moments of having three sons who have enriched our lives more than any bank account and we have watched them prosper and being blessed by a bumper crop of little ones..our great-grandchildren (5)! How fortunate we have been to enjoy the five grandchildren as their grandparents and now to watch our boys and daughter-inlaws as they continue this rich family tradition. No one teaches a parent what to expect nor how to proceed with the precious gifts we receive and do we ever learn or must we go it alone..not! Among the treasures I have received along this road of life is MUSIC..and through my life it has brought me one of the richest treasures..SWEET ADELINES INTERNATIONAL..a wealth of friendship, a treasure chest of knowledge,and music shared with thousands of others who appreciate God's gift! FRIENDS one of my favorite songs and THANK YOU DEAR LORD FOR MUSIC! |
