| Introduction | I have a number of certifications, including Citrix CCA, MCITP Enterprise Messaging Administrator & MCITP Enterprise Administrator. Microsoft presented me with the 2008 Microsoft® MVP Award (MVP) in Windows Server – Admin Frameworks! I have been selected to participate in Tech·Ed North America 2010 as a Microsoft Product Expert in the Technical Learning Center (TLC) for the Windows Server Track.
