| Introduction | Why didn't we fly (2012):60 year old suitcase wheeler, persuaded by travel-hungry husband to leave homeland and undertake epic out-of-comfort-zone train journey from Bristol (England) to Singapore. Star-spangled journey (2014): We're off once again, this time by air to the USA, to spend 2 months touring America by train. Returning to England on the Queen Mary 2. Nearly there now (2016) We're 2 pensioners, one of whom has dodgy knees, cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats over a 5 week period, staying in B&B's along the way. |
