I beleive in - Guts require mind, not muscles. Your mind is ur best friend when U organize it; and it's not,when undisciplined. "Undisciplined mind is our enemy and a trained mind is our friend"... says the holy book. End of the day...U must be a good human being ...thats all I believe in I am the best when I work with my rules. I am the worst when I waste time in more sleep.
