| Introduction | When it came to starting college, I was in a quandry. I wanted to have a 9-5 job so I could be home weeknights, weekends and holidays so I went for my degree in electrical engineering. But deep inside, I really wanted to be a chef. I realized that would not give me the 9-5! So, all these years, I've fostered my "inner chef" and experimented, and cooked, and catered, and finally have decided I needed an outlet for my creative side. I love to be able to share my cooking with others, and since so many of my friends and family no longer live close this is perhaps the only way for me to do so. Walk with me, talk with me, and let's cook some great food! |

Well, fortunately, I don't sing in the shower, and I can't whistle very well! Someone needs to come teach me how to whistle LOUD!!!
