Introduction Mr. Williams is a graduate of Belton High School, Belton, Texas. His undergraduate degree is in Business & Management from the University of Maryland, and he earned a master degree in Public Administration from the University of Wyoming. Mr. Williams retired from the Air Force having served as an administrator in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, ICBM Combat Crew Commander, and the U.S. Air Force's Benchmarking Manager (management consultant position). Mr. Williams has been at Ellison High School now for 15 years serving students as a Humanities teacher, TAG Facilitator, AP Coordinator, and now as coordinator for the Leadership Academy. In his spare time and summers, he serves on the board of directors of Tablerock Festival of Salado, Inc., and directs "Salado Legends" each summer. "Legends" is an epic tale of love and war taking place during the middle 1800s in Central Texas with shows the last two Saturdays of July and first Saturday of August each year with a cast and crew of over 100 members.
