| Introduction | Chris'n'Deb met in 1997 and have been chugging along together ever since. We've created this blog so you can keep abreast of all the latest family news, particularly all the news and photos of the littlest members of the Dumaresq family that's fit to print, and probably some that isn't! While Mom, Deb is the primary contributor of blog content, Dad, Chris makes the occasional post too. Our littlest Dumer, Cygni, recently joined us on November 5, 2011. She loves to cuddle, eat and make her big brother laugh. Our first-born, Jordan, is a happy kid with a goofy laugh. He loves freezie-pops, swings, the colour blue, and we learned at two months old that he happens to be hearing impaired. Our blog has grown, from one for family and friends, to include people we have come to know through our journey in the deaf and hard of hearing community. And though this blog is about our family and about Jordy and Cygni being growing kiddos first, we are proud to note that it is occasionally a resource to others who have found themselves in similar circumstances of having a child with hearing loss.
