Introduction	Hi there! My name is Candice, and I am a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. I also have my B. S. in Exercise and Sport Science (UofU), and am an EMT-I! I competed for the U of U as a thrower for the track and field team, and loved it so much I am now coaching at Morgan High School (Go Trojans!). I have been training for 7 years now, and love it. I started this site for all my friends and family who always have questions, but are always afraid to ask, so here's your chance... ask away! I also want to eventually develope my own nutrition/fitness plan, so I am in "Research" mode, and am out trying different things, and compiling what works best for me and others.
