| Introduction | I was just recently told by my Dr. that if I don't make drastic changes in my life I will be a full blown diabetic within 5 years time, since I am already showing signs of pre-diabetes. I was motivated to start my own blog after reading several others that I have signed up for. I will probably be referencing these blogs on my own page. |
