| Introduction | I am Head of Department of Management at ITT Dublin where I lecture in Tourism & Hospitality Management. I am a Fellow of the Irish Hospitality Institute and a Member of South Dublin County Council's Strategic Planning Committee on Tourism. I provide consultancy support to tourism businesses and am a mentor to client companies of South Dublin Local Enterprise Office. I've lectured overseas, presented at industry conferences and am a contributor to business programmes on RTE television.
