Introduction	While building a political power career in Washington, DC, I met a man named Jesus Christ. Usually turned off by religion, I found this leader named Jesus, had all the power and was different from anyone I’d ever met. Not a college grad, but he had all wisdom and knowledge. Not a homeowner, but at home wherever he was. No possessions, but had access to everything. I began to study God’s Holy Word and surrendered my will and agenda to His. I examined Jesus' leadership and I discovered that poverty, violence, racial animosity, and injustice were evils that God wanted to eliminate. The only catch is that God makes changes in the world through those who say they love Him. That included me. No longer could I ignore injustices. No longer could I claim to be incapable of providing the leadership needed, given God’s power to work through even the weakest vessels. I pray that you will encouraged by my posts and heed God's call to use your skills and abilities to bring hope and renewal to a troubled global community. Whatever your age, location, politics, culture, gender, or denomination, you are qualified to become an effective Christ-centered Servant Leader.
