| Introduction | Susan Black is the co-Founder of the 12 year-old Strategic Advisory firm, The Black & Wright Group. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, American Express Vacations and Travel Impressions. She serves on several advisory boards, and was elected to ATME's 2013 Executive Committee (Association of Travel Marketing Executives), and currently serves as Vice Chairman. In addition, she has Chaired/Moderated all three EyeforTravel US Conferences for the past 6 years (Travel Distribution Summit, Online Marketing and Social Media), as well as EFT's European Travel Distribution Summit in London. She recently served as CMO of CheapCaribbean.com, a top-ranked website which focuses on vacation packages to the Caribbean and Mexico.
