| Introduction | My name is not Nana but that's what my granddaughter thinks it is and that's just fine with me. :) When I left home at 17 my cooking experience was pretty much limited to Home Ec classes so being faced with feeding myself created an interest in learning how to do that. :) I'm not a talented cook ~ though I can cook some things well ~ but I'm not afraid to look at an interesting recipe and have a go at it. I'm interested in starting from scratch with cooking, using local products when possible, keeping it simple and pretty healthy. And sharing... I'm big on sharing ~ recipes, samples, ideas, food ~ it is so darned convivial! :) Enjoy! |
