| Introduction | I am a follower of Jesus Christ, and have been his disciple since August 1988. He changed my life forever the day He saved my soul. I am a wife and mother of three young men. My step-son, Jason, and my two sons, Ben and Caleb. My husband, Don, is a wonderful Christian man, loving husband and excellent father. I am blessed! Today, I am over 50 and realizing that it is absolutely imperative that I get my physical body in shape so that the other aspects of my life (spiritual, mental and emotional) are healthy, so that I can finish strong the "race marked out for me." I was inspired by the movie "Julie and Julia" to keep this blog as a journal of my goals/training for the next year. I can't wait to see what the Lord Jesus is going to do! |
