Introduction	I started KrisforKids in order to fund my work here in Guatemala for Niños del Lago. As a start-up organization there are little funds available and yet our interest in opening the camp and delivering services as soon as possible required steady help. All donations are tax deductible donations to Niños del Lago. I came to Niños del Lago after a long history of volunteering with child victims of domestic violence and several months work with street children and other at-risk youth in Guatemala and Peru. My desire to make a difference in the lives of children is supported by more than fifteen years of corporate business experience in management, client relations and adult education. I have worked with many growing organizations creating structure from concept and developing operations and people. I bring these experiences to my work here building the infrastructure for Niños del Lago.
Interests	Reading insightful and inspiring commentary and books that make me think, learning, meeting people especiallly those who are not like me, travel, walking and hiking, enduring friendships and cooking for those friends.
