| Introduction | Thanks for stopping by and welcome to our blog. Chris and I met at our church's college group in November of 2005 where we almost instantly fell in love. Chris surprised me by taking me to the Grand Canyon on March 31, 2006 for the weekend. He proposed and I obviously said yes. I had never been to the Grand Canyon before so this was even more special. Chris and I were married on January 13, 2007 at Trinity Bible Church in Phoenix, Arizona. It was a beautiful and amazing day. We went to Big Bear Lake, California on our honeymoon. While we were there we went skiing for the very first time. It was so much fun experiencing something so exhilarating for the first time together. In May of 2007, we learned we were unexpectedly pregnant. Chris and I didn't want to be in an apartment when we brought our daughter home from the hospital. Therefore, we bought our first home in November of 2007 in Surprise, Arizona. I gave birth to our daughter, Isabella Rebekah, on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 2:51am. She weighed 7lbs. 15oz. and was 19 1/2in. long. She is a beautiful and wonderful addition to our family. |
