| Introduction | HIV-positive migrants are human being. Deportation is not a solution for HIV-AIDS prevention. Deportation-led mandatory testing on migrant workers is causing displacement and putting out their opportunity to generate income. Ironically, migrant workers are contributing so much to their home-country through remittances. However, those who are infected and deported were left without adequate referral system in their own country, making them out of reach and treatment. |
