Introduction	Founder, Managing Trustee – CEO, Third Sector Insights NPT. His exposure to both for-profit and nonprofit organisations has allowed him to develop a greater understanding of the differences and similarities between them and to apply this knowledge in these fields. He has a passion for excellence in the nonprofit sector with particular focus on Leadership, Corporate Governance, Executive Management as well as measuring the impact of interventions in this sector. He lectures the governance module for the USB-ED NPO Management programme at Stellenbosch University Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Newport University, and has completed postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School in the area of Governing for Nonprofit Excellence and Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management. He completed the Management Advancement Programme at Wits Business School, Johannesburg. He is a graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa. He is currently completing a course on the psychology of leadership through Cornell University.
