| Introduction | I'm married (to Suzi) with three children (Laura 11yrs, Helena 8yrs and Felix 6yrs), and I work as an Assistant IT Director. I started triathlon in 2004, with a few sprint tri's, moved on to Olympic distance events in 2005 & 2006, and since then have moved on to complete 3 half-Ironman distance triathlons, two marathons and XTerra UK (a tough off-road triathlon). My first ultramarathon race was the VoTwo ONER - A tough 80mile foot race along the rugged Dorset Jurassic Coast. This blog will keep a record of my long distance running adventures. |
