| Introduction | I was born in Seattle Wa. I miss the Northwest and still love to visit there. I have 4 children (12 girl, 10 girl, 7 boy, 3 boy)and a wonderful husband. We have moved around and just arrived in Utah in February. We hope to retire here. No more moving! As far as running goes I have run 5 marathons, one after each baby and then and extra in there somewhere. I have done a few bike races of around 70 miles. Currently I have decided that my max would be a half marathon because I still want to have knees and hips when I am 60. I do a lot of cross training, weightlifting and things like that. |
| Interests | I love to do projects around the house, such as gardening, home improvements, and the like. I also love martial arts. My whole family takes. I love to read lots of genres, especially with my kids. I love camping, hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, running, road biking, and teaching my boot camp aerobics classes. |
