| Introduction | I'm a 45 year old singer, songwriter, musician on the road to health through raw foods and life balance. I look forward to my 2nd half of life with great anticipation! I plan to start recording full length CD's in the very near future in my very own studio. I'm so stoked! I plan on being high raw (75% raw, vegan, living food) because my body is in serious need of healing and I've found nothing that works better.
