| Introduction | As a member of the Genesee Valley Plein Air Painters, I paint year round in the Genesee Valley region of upstate New York. Inspired by the beauty of all of God's creation, I find an inner peace while painting. From a single flower in bloom, to a cascading waterfall, I find I'm drawn to nature's visual treasures and am continually inspired by the Creator's Hand. Blessed with a recent trip to Hawaii, I painted some unbelievably lovely beaches, including Lanakai and Polo Beaches on Maui, and Waikiki Beach on Oahu. I plan to post some of my pastels and watercolors on my blogspace. My loves include my dear husband of 30 years, my three wonderful children, my family and my dear friends, and most especially my loving Heavenly Father! My passion is painting directly from nature... for all of creation reflects God's Glory! Psalm 19 |
