| Introduction | I am a busy mother of two fun kids. One is a tween and the other is a toddler, and boy do they keep me on my toes. Aside from being a mom, I am also a home-cook that offers my cooking services to friends and family that find it hard to get in the kitchen. When I am cooking, I most assuredly am playing with a toddler and home schooling a 7th grader. I also TRY to take care of the house, help my husband with his business, wrangle two active dogs and a crazy cat. Can you say full plate? I wouldn’t have it any other way.
