| Introduction | I currently live in Orlando,Fl but am originally from Burlington,Ia. Politially I lean Liberal, but don't just give in to everything about that party. I am an open minded person who enjoys discussing current events and debating the issues with facts; which seems to be absent lately in current sound bites and debates. I don't understand the our current political environment. No matter what to keep this country moving forward we have to learn to work together no matter what and when one side is not willing to do that then no one suceeds. I am worried that we will have a country that goes backwards instead of forwards all because of the divisions that are in the political culture. I have a hard time understanding why the media and the majority of our politicians think it is ok to just throw stuff out there no matter what, even if it is known to be untrue. |
