| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! I am very glad that you stopped in to visit my corner of the world. However, you found me I am glad you did. Maybe here you will find something to bring a smile to your face and see something you will want to try for yourself. I am a wife, mother, gramma, sister, aunt, and friend. I retired several years ago from teaching and I am loving it! It is incredible to me to that suddenly I no longer am ruled by a clock (in fact I threw mine away…figuratively speaking), the day is mine to use as I see fit and as a result I am always busy and the days fly by. How did we do all of this and work full time? Well, truth to be told, I didn’t, not while I was working, I started it all since I retired. I pray that I will have the opportunity to be retired at least as long as I worked (27 years). It excites me to see the days, weeks, months, years unfold before me; to have the canvas of time to colour and fill in as I see fit. Isn’t that amazing? To me it is. My life is blessed… and I look forward to what will be… |
| Interests | I love to read (almost anything), creating watercolours, mixed media on canvas, acrylic canvas, creating cards using stamps, die cuts, and play card games, and we all love to travel. |
| Favorite books | I love to read and I know at one time I was going to share the books on this blog. I may have, one maybe two. Did I stop reading definitely not! So I shall try again to create a list of books I have read and want to read. |
