| Introduction | I am in a Master of Science in Counseling program studying to become a licensed counseling therapist. I plan to balance traditional psychotherapy with expressive modalities including art and dance therapy in my future practice. As an MFT Trainee, I can meet with clients through my practicum site. In my work as an author, I wrote inspirational messages during my meditations, and these became the foundation for the book Messages from a Godly Place: Spiritual Insights for a Challenging World. This book is for people from all backgrounds and discusses a wide range of subjects. I present before live audiences and through broadcast media, where I discuss guidelines for healthier relationships and personal well being. My background as an artist has blessed me with many insights, and I continue to reflect upon new ways to create artwork that is intended to be inspirational. My work is designed to help you break through self-limiting beliefs that keep you from achieving your highest potential.
