Birkenstock lover. Wine nut. Beach bum. World traveler. I became a vegetarian when I read an amazing book called Skinny Bitch by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. Shortly after I gave up ALL animal products. I sustained that for about a year. Currently I enjoy a mostly plant based diet (no meat or fish, but the occasional vegetarian dish at a friends place or a restaurant).
