Introduction	I am a foodie from Austin, TX. I love to wine and dine. I love baking and all that is cooking. Unfortunately, I also have a degree in health and am thus, obsessed with it. As much as I love to bake my goal is to combine my love for food with my love for health to create a happy medium. This is not to say that there will not be some deliciously sinful recipes posted. I think everyone needs a break from the everyday and sometimes some baked goodness is well deserved.
