| Introduction | SugarCocoon, because food and life will always be sprinkled with Sugar . . . and Cocoon because I am like a butterfly, ready to explore the world. I was born and raised in the Philippines. In 2001, after graduating from the University of the Philippines, I moved to California. To pay the bills, I work as a Personnel Analyst, but to fuel my passion, I took up a 15-month course on Professional Baking and Pastry Arts. I think, I'm now a non-practicing Pastry Chef. C=:-) |
