| Introduction | Up until 2 years ago I was a regular omnivore who just tried to stay healthy. Read that as fish, carbs and chicken with a few eggs and some cheese for a change. Then I found out I had a medical condition and I started to change my diet to plant-based. I held on to chicken and eggs for a while, but then let them go. Just recently I have decided to let go of seafood and fish. So, I basically eat a plant-based, very low saturated fat (for the medical condition) with no added coconut, chocolate, or palm oil. What I DIDN'T count on was that as I was learning about vegan food and vegan cooking I would be exposed to animal welfare. And so I am becoming vegan day by day. Please join me. |
