| Introduction | I am a Zen learner and I have been practicing Zen meditation since 2002. I took the precepts in 2006 and became ordained a "monk" by my teacher Roland Yuno Rech in 2014. I have been part of the London Zen group since I moved to the UK from Germany in 2006. In 2017, I setup a new Zen Group in London near Old Street. Many entries on this blog reflect the discussions on Buddhism and the Dharma that are happening weekly at Old Street. |
