Introduction	Throughout the year students are involved in diversified group projects and the third tri-semester is devoted full time for this. During this term the students work on a minimum of three group projects that allow complete exploration of a topic in the student's area of special interest. This involves meticulous research in the management practices of particular organizations or sectors. The IIPM professors interact with the student's individually on full time basis and discuss their plans, drafts and prototypes.
