| Introduction | Dr Windiarti is a PhD Graduate from Defence and Systems Institute (DASI) at The University of South Australia. Dr Windiarti is also working as a Researcher in Defence and Systems Institute (DASI) at The University of South Australia. She has undertaken extensive research in the field of Systems Engineering including integrated inter-disciplinary research that involve Systems Engineering and Cross-cultural Studies which has being a recent issue in globalization. She has published and presented some papers on various topics in the field of Indonesian Expatriates Engineers performance related to their work in some countries such as Singapore, South Korea, Canada, and Australia. Dr Windiarti is an experienced lecturer in her field in Telecommunications Engineering since 2003. In 2004, she was recruited to be a lecturer in Department of Electrical Engineering in Tridharma University Balikpapan. Dr Windiarti has strong commitment to contribute to the development of Engineering Education particularly in Informatics, Telecommunications, Electrical and Electronics, Industrial Engineering, and other engineering discipline, especially in Kalimantan Island. |
