| Introduction | I came to live with Alkoomi a few months ago. She and Yawarra thought I should join Girl Guides because it would help me grown into a "confident, self-respecting, responsible community member". All the leaders in the Ginninderra District thought that sounded like a good idea. They said I could join ALL their units! Redgum thought I needed a good name. She chose Polly because "all little girls have a doll named Polly". I'm not sure about that but I really like my name :) |
