Introduction | Hi, we are Steller Apiaries and Meadery. I'm Jessica and I run this company with my husband Keith. An apiary is a bee yard, or a place to keep bee hives. A meadery is a place to brew mead, or to enjoy the mead, or both! Our mead takes up to one year to ferment and sticks true to the original recipes from before the time of recording recipes! We have multiple bee yards currently. We have eleven beehives at numerous locations throughout south eastern Michigan. We recently relocated to the Jackson area on eight beautiful acres and are looking forward to establishing our entire apiary and build our business from there! Please follow us on our adventure of saving the honey bee, and starting a business! |
Interests | Saving the honeybee, Beekeeping, capturing feral swarms, designing new hive bodies for happier and healthier bee's, mead making, gardening, reading, homebrewing, horticulture, apiculture, agriculture. Anything having to do with the outdoors, gardening, or honey bee's and we're guaranteed to love it! |
