| Introduction | In July 2005, God called home my husband--the love of my life and best friend. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought to be a widow so young, but God had other plans…boy did He. I fully surrendered my life to His complete control and from that point on He has consumed me. I can’t imagine living without the abundance of His love and goodness that rains down on me daily. As my Savior and I journey along together to raise my two boys, I find even greater joy in my relationship with Him. He gives me words of wisdom to speak when I need to make a point; He creates circumstances that fold perfectly into a teachable moment; He sits at the dinner table with us as we talk about our day. It is simply not possible for anyone to love more than I love my boys. But that great love only exists because Christ first loved me. I am a grateful, joyful and exuberant mom who feels blessed more than she deserves, but I’m a very willing recipient of those blessings. I love to laugh, tell stories and hang out with people I love. I truly find every single day a gift from God and that’s exactly how I treat those 24 hours. |

| Favorite Movies | I love a good story. Period. Here are just a few of my favs: Cinderella Man, Remember The Titans & Gladiator. I rarely like sequels to anything, but once I'm hooked, I usually acquiesce and watch them all-- I did that with Rocky, Jaws, and Jurassic Park. |
