| Introduction | Hi all! I love guitars. I love effects. Better yet, I'm addicted to this "DIY guitar effects" thing. It all started a few years ago, when I got somewhat "fed up" of multieffects pedals. Not because they sound bad, but I was in love with a video-demo of this pedal called Way Huge Red Llama so much that I had to try and build one for me. My education background in electronics/electric engineering made this somewhat simpler to understand, but it can be a real pain to build such things. Anyway, the reward of pluging this little boxes to your guitar/amp and fire them up successfuly is such a joy and pleasure...! That's how I got addicted. I am always in a perpetual quest of a reason to build the next one, be it for me or for my friends. That's why I started this blog.
