Introduction When I want to unwind, I often find myself baking. Usually on a Saturday morning while the laundry is in the wash, I have done the cryptogram puzzle over breakfast and have gone through the coupons and flyers, I will bring out the flour and eggs (not always...somethings are made without flour or eggs!) and get to work. It's a good way to start the day and a constant reminder that no matter what may happen in my life, baking is consistant. I am not a professional by any means. The only form of culinary training I have had was in 7th grade home economics class. I'm still learning. I guess you could say I'm "Self Baked."
