Introduction Mary Frances Fox, fifty-something and forever single, captures the humor and humanity of life flying solo. What else would one expect from a woman whose heroines are Lucy Riccardo (I Love Lucy), Ann Marie (That Girl), and Mary Richards (The Mary Tyler Moore Show)? Among Mary's favorite nonfiction writers are Dorothy Parker, Erma Bombeck, and Jean Kerr. Mary has facilitated creative nonfiction workshops in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mary's poetry and prose have appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer Magazine, WXPN Express, Telephone Magazine, and the Cape May County Herald. In homage to her TV heroines, Mary has appeared (sometimes in a poodle skirt) in two PBS documentaries: "Doo Wop Motels of the Wildwoods" and "Our Vanishing Past." Mary's first novel, "Only Human," is currently wandering the globe in search of an agent. Any takers?
